The Party Quiz is a free tool for creating and hosting trivia games. By using it you agree to these terms.

Your content. You own the quizzes you create. You're responsible for the questions, answers and instructions you add, and for ensuring you have the rights to any content you include. Don't upload anything illegal, hateful, or infringing.

Public games. If you make a game public, anyone with the link can view and play it. You can make it private again at any time.

Acceptable use. Don't abuse the service, attempt to break it, or use it to harm others. We may remove content or accounts that violate these terms.

No warranty. The service is provided “as is”, without warranty. We aren't liable for any loss arising from its use.

Changes. We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes.
